EXHIBIT "B" TO THE JOBS GRANT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY & MAROTECH USA, INC <br />I. Target Industry Categories eligible for application: <br />COMPANY qualifies for the Jobs Grant Program under the <br />"Manufacturing/Warehouse/Distribution" category. Under the North American Industrial <br />Classification System (NAICS), COMPANY's activities are classified in the category of <br />"Plastics Material and Resin Manufacturing", NAICS Code #325211. <br />II.
