the parties. <br />10.3 Assignment and Binding Effect. Buyer may assign its rights and obligations <br />under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party and once <br />assigned, Buyer will be released from all liability or obligations under this agreement. <br />The terms hereof shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the <br />parties hereto and their successors and assigns shall not be released from its <br />obligations hereunder. <br />10.4 Notices.
