Adams <br />JeffreBarton, Cl Chairman <br />��[E L'z <br />/7,' <br />Time and Place ( Second Reso . ) <br />5/6/96(reso/suburban) Vk/DC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 63 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN <br />SUBURBAN ACRES SUBDIVISION, AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABIL- <br />ITY OF CONSTRUCTING THE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION, AS TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO <br />THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS <br />TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br />ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 96-62 , determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and <br />particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within <br />the area described hereafter, that a waterline be installed to serve 14 <br />lots in Suburban Acres Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially <br />assessed with respect thereto shall be $0.0619363 per square 'foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Section 206.06, Indian <br />River <br />County Code, <br />requires <br />that the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />shall <br />fix a time and <br />place at <br />94 <br />May 14, 1996 <br />
