RESOLUTION NO. 35-53 <br />® WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />9 <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the side <br />® lot 5 foot easement of Lot 18 and Lot 19, Block G, Oslo Park <br />Subdivision, being the southerly 2.5 feet of Lot 18 and northerly <br />2.5 feet of Lot 19, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in <br />Official Record Book 3, Page 96 of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Oslo Park Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Fabdivision, Unit #1 <br />shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot 5 foot easement of Lots 18 and 19, Block <br />G, Oslo Park Subdivision, being the southerly 2.5 feet <br />of Lot 18 and northerly 2.5 feet of Lot 19, according <br />to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official.
