• <br />e• <br />WHEREAS, incorporating Indian River County into the <br />Eighteenth Judicial Circuit with Brevard County would also result <br />in Indian River County being placed within the jurisdiction of the <br />Fifth District Court of Appeals, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board <br />respectfully and strenuously requests that any reorganization of <br />judicial circuits proposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and the <br />Court's Restructure Commission to the Florida Legislature include <br />a recommendation that Indian River County remain within the <br />Nineteenth Judicial Circuit and Fourth District Court of Appeals. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C.
