RESOLUTION NO. 86-5
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the
<br />rear lot 10' easement of lots 10, 11, and 12, Block H, Unit 1,
<br />Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 feet thereof. Further
<br />the rear lot 10 foot easement of Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block H.
<br />Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10 feet thereof,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Record
<br />Book 123, Page 141, of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on
<br />the Plat of the Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit #1 for
<br />public utility purposes, and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements
<br />have been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the
<br />following lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision,
<br />Unit #1 shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
<br />The rear lot 10' easement of lots 10, 11, and 12, Block H,
<br />Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 feet
<br />thereof. Further, the release of the rear lot 10 foot
<br />easement of Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block H, Unit #1, Pine
<br />Lake Estates Subdivision, being the easterly 10 feet
<br />thereof, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
<br />Official Record Book 123, Page 141, of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board
<br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be
<br />and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a
<br />release of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in
<br />form proper for recording and placing in the Public Records of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
