4/1/86(11-4)LEG(Vk) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86- 15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ADOPTING AN AMENDED SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES, <br />AND CHARGES FOR THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />LANDFILL. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County passed Resolution No. 77-110 <br />which provided for the issuance of not to exceed $1,815,000 of <br />Solid Waste Disposal System Revenue Bonds, Series 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, that resolution has a continuing requirement that <br />the rates, fees, and charges at the disposal site be sufficient to <br />meet the debt retirement requirements of the bonds; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County commissioned an engineering <br />report to be performed by Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. which <br />recommended that certain changes be made in the current rates, <br />fees, and charges; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, a public hearing was <br />held on March 19, 1986 at 9:15 A.M.; and <br />WHEREAS, at that public hearing the Board of County <br />Commissioners suggested certain amendments to the rate schedule <br />prepared by Camp, Dresser & McKee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY that: <br />The following fixed fees and tonnage charges pre adopted to <br />be effective April 15, 1986: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Wodtke <br />and seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Pntrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C.
