RESOLUTION NO. 86-18 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the <br />ten foot utility and drainage easement between lots 8 & 9, <br />Seminole Shores Subdivision, being the westerly five (5) feet <br />of Lot 8, and the Easterly five (5) feet of Lot 9, as recorded <br />in Record Book 542, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County Florida according to the Plat thereof as recorded <br />in Plat Book 9, Page 51 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on <br />the Plat of Seminole Shores Subdivision, for public utility <br />purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements <br />have been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARq OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the, <br />following lot line easements in Seminole Shores Subdivision, <br />shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The ten foot utility and drainage easement, said easement, <br />being the westerly five (5) feet of Lot8, and the �`it <br />easterly five (5) feet of Lot 9, Section 28, Township 31� <br />South, Range 40, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 542, Page 19. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the <br />Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners be and they hereby <br />are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot <br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for <br />recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 16th <br />ATTEST: <br />Freda Wright, C rk <br />day of April _1 1986. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: C <br />Don C.
