5/23/86(R-4)LEG(Vk) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-31 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />14�0 <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-51 <br />TO INCLUDE REGULATING THE HOURS OF <br />COLLECTION OF GARBAGE OR TRASH BY ITS <br />FRANCHISEE, RURAL SANITATION SERVICE, <br />INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />• County, Florida, finds and determines that it would be in the best <br />interest of the citizens of Indian River County, Florida, to have <br />the hours of daily collection of garbage or trash by its franchisee, <br />Rural Sanitation Service, Inc., restricted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Indian River County, <br />through its Board of County Commissioners, that effective May 21, <br />1986, it shall be a regulation of the franchise that no residential <br />garbage or trash pick-up will be permitted daily before 6 A.M. or <br />after 9:30 P.M. by the franchisee, Rural Sanitation Service, Inc.; <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bird <br />and seconded by Commissioner Wodtke and, being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Absent <br />Vice Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C.
