Since <br />zoning was approved permitting construction of industrial <br />buildings adjacent to my lot, I feel it would now be unfair <br />to re -zone it and reduce the value. <br />Your letter was written to Ms. Ethel Moye, my mother. <br />However, record title is in my name, as my mother held a <br />life estate and is now deceased. <br />Since I will be unable to personally attend the above <br />scheduled meeting, Mr. Bill F.
