The Issuer and the Paying Argent shall not be required to issue or register the transfer of or exchange any Notes then considered for redemption during a period beginning at the close of business on the fifteenth (15th) day next preceding any date of selection of Notes to be redeemed and ending at the close of business on the day of mailing of the applicable notice of redemption, or to register the transfer of or exchange any portion of any note selected for redemption until after the redemption date. Notes may be exchanged for a like aggregate principal amount of Notes of other authorized denominations. This Note may be transferred or exchanged by the registered owner hereof upon surrender of this Note to the Paying Agent, at its principal corporate trust office, accompanied by a written instrument or instruments in form, with instructions, and with guaranty of signature satisfactory to the Paying ,Agent, duly executed by the registered owner of this Note or his attorney - in -fact or legal representative. The Paying Agent shall enter any transfer of ownership or exchange of this Note in the registration books and shall authenticate and deliver in the name of the transferee or transferees a new fully registered note or notes of authorized denominations for the aggregate principal amount that the registered owier is entitled to receive at the earliest practicable time.
