INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S CHAMBER EVENT PERMIT Pursuant to Section B — Authorized Use, Terms & Conditions — of the Commissioner's Chamber License Agreement for Vero Beach Film Festival dated 6/10 22-6/12/22 an Indian River County Commissioner's Chamber Event Permit is issued. All necessary items required per the License Agreement have been completed. V"Final Payment Received Certificate(s) of Insurance naming "Indian River County, Florida" additional insured. General liability insurance with host liquor liability (if alcohol is served). Liquor liability insurance (provided by alcohol purveyor) (if alcohol is served). Copy of the alcohol purveyor's license (if alcohol is served). Copy of non -profit's temporary alcohol permit from the FI. Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation (if applicable). Special Events Permit from the Indian River County Fire Safety (application and proof of payment). Indian River County Sheriff's Office Deputy Detail schedule and proof of payment. Ambulance Application and proof of payment (if required). 501(c)3 documentation (if applicable) (or must present payment within 5 days at "Standard" rates). All necessary requirements have been met in accordance with IRC event ordinance sections: 205.04 for the above referenced event. V/The proposed activity will occur within an area which is proper for the activity to occur. The proposed activity or use will not unreasonably interfere or detract from the general enjoyment of the fac.1. y. There are adequate facilities and personnel in the proposed areas so that the proposed activity will not impair the health, safety and welfare of the persons who will engage in the proposed activities and the proposed actjaity will not impair the health, safety or welfare of other individuals who may desire to use the facility.
