Submit proposal within three (3) days or notify the Engineer in writing <br />of the date on which you anticipate submitting your proposal. <br />Description.- <br />Contractor <br />escription:Contractor to provide a proposal for the following out of scope work items. <br />1. Building "B": Add exterior wall stucco repairs and exterior wall painting of the first and <br />second story building sections performed in conjunction with roof replacement to protect <br />the installed roof system from water intrusion of the adjacent vertical walls. <br />2. Building "B": Extend vertical wall flashing to encapsulate damaged wall stucco on the lower <br />east and west elevation walls of roof section "BY performed in conjunction with roof <br />replacement to protect the installed roof system from water intrusion of the adjacent vertical <br />walls. <br />3.
