RESOLUTION NO. 86-53
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the
<br />side lot utility easements of Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block N,
<br />Oslo Park Subdivision Unit 2, being the southerly five (5) feet
<br />of Lot 21, the northerly five (5) feet of Lots 22, and 23, and
<br />the southerly five (5) feet of Lots 23, and 24, Section 26,
<br />Township 33, Range 39, according to the Plat thereof as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 13 of the Public Records of
<br />Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on
<br />the Plat of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #2 for public utility
<br />purposes; and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements
<br />have been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the
<br />following lot line easements in Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #2
<br />shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
<br />The common five (5) foot side lot easements of Lots 21,
<br />22, 23, and 24, Block N, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit 2,
<br />being the southerly five (5) feet of Lots 21, 23, and 24,
<br />and the northerly five (5) feet of Lots 22 & 23, Block N,
<br />Oslo Park Subdivision Unit 2, As Recorded in Platbook 4,
<br />Page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the
<br />Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners be and they hereby
<br />are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot
<br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for
<br />recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
