(B31)LEGAL(Bnm) <br />478353 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-54 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE ROSELAND GARDENS <br />SUBDIVISION, <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Kathleen Severance, whose <br />mailing address is 1332 Peters Boulevard, Bayshore, New York <br />11706, Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following <br />described easements: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Bird, seconded by Commissioner Lyons, and <br />adopted on the 9th day of September, 1986, by the following <br />vote: <br />Commissioner <br />Scurlock <br />Aye <br />Commissioner <br />Lyons <br />Aye <br />Commissioner <br />Bird <br />Aye <br />Commissioner <br />Bowman <br />Aye <br />Commissioner <br />Wodtke <br />Aye <br />DOC.
