<br />FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of certain sums paid, the receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the state of
<br />Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereby releases
<br />GO LIFE HOLDING, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose address is 305 Julia
<br />Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, and D.R. HORTON, INC., a Delaware
<br />corporation, whose address is 1341 Horton Circle, Arlington, TX 76011, and the below
<br />described property from that certain Reservation Of State Road Right of Way recorded
<br />in Deed Book 35, Page 357, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida:
<br />A portion of Tracts 3, 6, 11 and 12 of Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38
<br />East, according to the last general Plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company
<br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, said lands now lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
