Wo
YEAR END REPORTS
Agencies are required to submit four quarterly reports during the grant year. The fourth
quarter report is a final year-end summary of the program's goals and activities, as defined
in the grant application, and the cumulative outcome for each. In some instances, reports
include the cost per child/client served. Because CSAC funds a wide variety of programs
addressing children's needs in Indian River County, it should be understood that the following
variables affect the average cost per child reported in the year end reports:
• Some programs are provided for individuals, others are for groups.
• Some programs require highly trained professionals, while other can utilize volunteers.
• Some programs are residential or home visit programs, while others are day programs.
• Some programs are single source funding and others are shared funding.
• Some programs are for one occurrence, while others serve one child the entire school
year.
117
