RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 020 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN'S EXECUTION OF TRANSPORTATION REGIONAL INCENTIVE <br />PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR CEI AND CONSTRUCTION OF 66TH AVENUE ROADWAY WIDENING FROM 69th <br />STREET TO CR-510/85TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, the widening of 66th Avenue from 691h Street to CR -510/851h Street is an Indian River <br />County priority project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is prepared to provide funds to pay a <br />portion of the cost for the CEI and construction of the widening of 66th Avenue from 69th Street to CR- <br />510/85th Street under the Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP); and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, has requested Indian River County <br />execute and deliver to the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, TRIP Supplemental Agreement <br />No. 1 to update deliverables and CEI classifications; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to make, execute, and <br />deliver to the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, a Transportation Regional Incentive Program <br />(TRIP) Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for the aforementioned project. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner _ <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Moss <br />follows: <br />Flescher who moved its adoption.
