RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 021 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE <br />OF A WARRANTY DEED AND REAL PROPERTY <br />DESCRIBED THEREIN AND PROVIDING FOR <br />THE RECORDING OF THE DEED IN THE <br />PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FOR THE PROPOSED AVIATION <br />BOULEVARD EXPANSION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the expansion and continuation of Aviation Boulevard from U.S. Highway <br />1 to 37Th Street is an Indian River County priority project; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by its <br />Board of County Commissioners (Board), has previously approved the purchase of the following <br />described real property: <br />; and <br />Lots, Z, and 3, Block 3, R,D, CARTER'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 28 <br />of the Pudic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Parcel Id #s: 32-39-35-00003-0030-00001,0. and 32-39-35-00003-0030-00002,0; and <br />3 2.39.35-00003-0030-013003.0 <br />Lot 7. Block 3, R.D. CARTER'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County. Florida in Plat Book 4, Page 28; said <br />land now lying and bring in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Parcel 1DO: 32-39-35-00003-0030-00007,0 <br />WHEREAS, the Board desire to complete the purchase of these parcels of real estate in a <br />prompt and timely manner. <br />
