Contract for Construction of Required Sidewalk Improvements - <br />Windsor Town Center <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5/20/96 <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />PROUs LArt,-- William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: May 20, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: Contract for Construction of'Required Sidewalk Improvements - <br />Windsor Town Center <br />The developers of Windsor Town Center have submitted a contract supported by <br />a letter of credit in the amount of $96,471.20 to guarantee construction of a <br />sidewalk/bikepath• along A -1-A. Bonding out of sidewalk/bikepath improvements <br />is allowed -under Indian River County Code Section 914.15(6)(b)c. <br />RECOMMSNDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Contract for Construction of <br />Required Improvements No. PD -96-02-01-A. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Contract for Construction of Required <br />Improvements for Windsor Town Center, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />I.
