RESOLUTION NO. 86-80 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNT`_' COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL j <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 FOR CERTAIN NONTAXING <br />FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has held the necessary budget hearings as provided by <br />Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth in the <br />l� budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the <br />best interest of the citizens of Indian River County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />that the Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets 1 <br />set fo^th in the attachment to this resolution for the following <br />funds: <br />Street Lighting Districts: <br />Porpoise Point Street Lighting District MSTU <br />Single Light District <br />Laurel Court Street Lighting District <br />Other Operating Funds: <br />1985 Series Bonds - Improvement <br />Section 8 Rental Assistance <br />Housing Authority <br />Secondary Roads Construction Trust Fund <br />Special Law Enforcement Fund <br />Pistol Permits Fund <br />Parks Development <br />Police Academy Fund <br />Tree Fines Fund <br />Environmental Control Fine <br />Court Facilities Fund <br />Petition Paving Fund <br />Road Improvement Fees <br />Capital Project/Construction Funds: <br />Gifford Road Improvements <br />New County Jail <br />Indian River Boulevard South <br />8th Street <br />Indian River Boulevard North <br />Minimum Security Facility <br />Enterprise and Internal Service Funds: <br />{ Sanitary Landfill <br />Water & Sewer Utilities <br />i Impact Fees <br />Fleet Management <br />Building Department <br />Citrus Grove <br />�I Golf Course <br />(page one of two) <br />
