9/17/86(Jrl)LEGAL(Wnrn) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86- 82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY BY <br />EMINENT DOMAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />CONSTRUCTING PUBLIC HEALTH <br />FACILITIES. <br />WHEREAS, the current Indian River County Public <br />Health Facility is inadequate to meet the present and future <br />needs of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, the specific property hereinafter <br />described is to be acquired for the purposes of constructing <br />new public health facilities and is necessary to meet the <br />future needs of the citizens of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, County staff has located and surveyed its <br />area of construction and use, and intends in good faith to <br />construct public health facilities on the specific property <br />hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, County staff recommends the immediate <br />acquisition of the following described properties for the <br />purposes stated herein: <br />PARCEL 1: <br />The South } of Lot 2, Block 3, <br />Booker T. Washington Subdivision, <br />as described in Plat Book 2, Page <br />34, Public Records of St. Lucie <br />County, said land now lying and <br />being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />Lot 5, Block 4, Booker T. <br />Washington Subdivision, as <br />described in Plat Book 2; Page 34, <br />Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />said land now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />PARCEL 3: <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, Booker T. <br />Washington Subdivision, as <br />described in Plat Book 2, Page 34, <br />Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />said land now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florid -i. <br />11 <br />
