11/4/86 (util) LMA:h <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86- 97 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />® COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY AUTHORIZING A WATER AND <br />WASTEWATER INCREASE FOR BREEZY <br />VILLAGE SEWER & WATER CO., INC. <br />ORDER <br />T WHEREAS, Resolution 85-5 ordered in Paragraph 4, a rate <br />tariff to be designed to generate $27,504 in gross water and <br />• , wastewater revenues for the first fiscal year, and <br />WHEREAS, provided it was determined by the Board of County <br />Commissioners that the Utility is operating under efficient and <br />economical management, the Utility was authorized to generate <br />$37,094 in gross water and wastewater revenues thereafter, and <br />WHEREAS, County staff has reviewed the Utility's accounting <br />records and water and wastewater plant improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, County staff deem satisfactory operation of the <br />facility at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY THAT: <br />1. The Utility be ORDERED to design a tariff to generate a <br />gross water and wastewater revenue of $37,094. The <br />gross revenue will be based on existing customers <br />enrolled over a twelve-month period. <br />2. The Utility be ORDERED to continue to operate in an <br />efficient and economical manner. - <br />3. The Utility be ORDERED to provide within their tariff a <br />method by which a customer's bill is so designated as <br />being estimated rather than actual consumption for a <br />billing period. <br />4. The Utility shall implement with the next billing cycle <br />the following rates: <br />-1- <br />
