RESOLUTION NO. 86-101 <br />40 <br />to the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to March 20, <br />1987. <br />3. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold the <br />S Board harmless from every and all claims that may arise from <br />the Union's use of the County Fairgrounds, including court <br />costs and attorney's fees, and including use by permitees of <br />the Union. <br />0 4. The Union shall not make any permanent <br />improvements to the County Fairgrounds without the express <br />written consent of the Board. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Bird and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler --, and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Commissioner Don C.
