RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands which were purchased by Indian River County from <br />The Virginia W. Russell Family Limited Partnership for Right -Of -Way, are <br />hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See Right of Way Deed describing lands, recorded <br />in O.R. Book 3608, Page 1479 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Joseph H. Earman, Chairman <br />Susan Adams, Vice Chairman <br />Joseph E.
