This instrument was prepared by: <br />NOTICE OF SITE DEDICATION AND LIMITATION OF USE <br />(fee simple ownership by grantee) <br />Indian River County , whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />Name of Grantee as Shown on Grant Agreement Grantee Mailing Address <br />("grantee") has acquired or developed the real property described in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference (the "Project Site"), with financial assistance provided by the Federal Land and Water <br />Conservation Fund Program in accordance with Chapter 62D-5, F.A.C. Pursuant to Rule 62D-5.074(1), F.A.C., the <br />grantee hereby dedicates the Project Site in perpetuity as an outdoor recreation area for the use and benefit of the general <br />public. <br />The grantee covenants that the Project Site and any facilities thereon, as set forth in the grant agreement attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein as Attachment B and depicted on the boundary map attached hereto and incorporated as <br />Attachment C, will be open to the public at reasonable times, will be operated in a safe and attractive manner, and the <br />grantee will abide by the requirements of Chapter 62D-5.068-.074, F.A.C., relating to Federal Land and Conservation <br />Fund Program funding for the Project Site.
