ORDINANCE NO. 2023 - <br />SECTION 8 SEVERABILITY <br />If any portion of this ordinance is held or declared by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 9 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Florida <br />Department of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the 21St day of April, <br />2023, for a public hearing to be held on the 16th day of May, 2023, at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner seconded by Commissioner <br />, and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph H. Earman <br />Vice Chairman Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
