ORDINANCE NO. 2023 - <br />SECTION 7 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Florida <br />Department of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the 21St day of April, <br />2023, for a public hearing to be held on the 16th day of May, 2023, at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner seconded by Commissioner <br />, and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph H. Earman <br />Vice Chairman Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
