FIRST EXTENSION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This first license agreement extension ("First Extension") entered into on this 6th day of <br />June , 2023 by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1801 27th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter referred to as "IRC" or "County", and The Vero Beach Amateur <br />Radio Club, Inc. , a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, 4225 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32967, <br />hereinafter referred to as "VBARC", in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements set <br />forth below, hereby agree as follows: <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, County and VBARC entered into a license agreement for VBARC to use and <br />occupy the two hundred and four-square feet of office space (17 x 12 feet), located at 12315 <br />Roseland Road, Sebastian, Florida 32958, in the County of Indian River, Florida, (the "License <br />Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the License Agreement, which was for three years and authorized two <br />additional one-year terms, expired on June 23, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and Tenant wish to extend the License Agreement for an <br />additional term beginning June 24, 2023; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein and other good <br />and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties <br />agree, as follows: <br />1. Recitals. The above recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein. <br />2. Renewal of the License Agreement. The License Agreement is renewed until June <br />24, 2024, with one (1) additional one (1) year renewal period <br />3.
