The Leased Premises is located within <br />the Center, and the Center is located at 1929 -1931 <br />US Highway 1, Sebastian, Florida 32958. <br />fn Original Term and Options: Original Term: Ten (10) Years beginning on the <br />Rent Commencement Date. <br />Renewal Term: Two (2) consecutive five (5) year <br />options <br />(g) Minimum Monthly Rent: Tenant shall pay Landlord rent by the 11 calendar <br />day of each month during the Term, the minimum <br />monthly rent ("Minimum Monthly Rent") <br />
