Number shop drawings consecutively and indicate the following: <br />A. Working erection dimensions and/or field dimensions. <br />B. Arrangements, sectional views. <br />C. Necessary details, including complete information for making connections <br />with other work. <br />D. Kinds of materials, finishes. <br />E Date, project name, descriptive names of equipment, classified item <br />numbers, locations at which materials or equipment are to he installed in <br />work. <br />Submit shop drawings by transmittal letter containing project name, Contractor's <br />name, number of drawings, titles, date, other pertinent data. <br />Contractor shall review, thoroughly check and approve shop drawings prior to <br />submilting to the Architect for approval. At the time of submittal to the Architect. the <br />Contractor shall inform the Architect in writing of any deviation in the submittal from <br />the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br />Submit six (6) bound sets of shop drawing prints for review. Satisfactory drawings <br />will be so identified, dated and three l3j copies returned to the Contractor, Should <br />shop drawings be disapproved, corrections will be indicted on one (1) only of the <br />returned sets. <br />Re -submittals shall be in the same format as described above until such time as <br />approval is obtained from the Architect. <br />Changes or corrections marked by the Architect on shop drawing submittals shall <br />not be considered as an order for extra work by the Contractor but only clarification <br />or requirements of the Contract Documents. In the event the Contractor takes <br />exception to such corrections being inconsistent with the Contract Document <br />requirements, he shall notify the Architect promptly in writing before proceeding with <br />the work. <br />Submit samples as follows; <br />A. Submit samples in triplicate (3), of size called for by each section, showing <br />quality, type, color, texture. <br />B. Where specifications require manufacturer's printed installation directinns, <br />submit triplicate (3) copies of such directions with scruples. <br />C. Prepay transportation charges to Architect's office on samples forwarded. <br />D. Label each sample with material narne, quality, Contractor's name, date <br />project name, other pertinent data. <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />M <br />
