Courtroom CO2 and Occupancy Sensor Programming: Provide labor and material to improve <br />control of outdoor air supplied to seven court rooms at the Indian River County Courthouse. <br />These upgrades Include providing CO2 sensors, occupancy sensors, programming of sensors into <br />existing Metasys Facility Management System, and commissioning. <br />As requested, Indian River will complete all electrical work including sensor mounting in the court <br />rooms, running electrical wires, and wiring the sensors. I have specifically excluded this from the <br />estimate. <br />2. Improve Chiller Control and SeA4e3cina; Provide evaluation and programming to existing <br />chiller plant controls and make-up air unit in order to improve operation and potentially improve <br />utility costs. Changes to chiller sequencing aro accomplished by rewriting Graphical Programming <br />Language (GPL) and testing chiller operation. <br />3. Persgn-Machine Interface (PMI) Software Subscription One year PMI software subscription is <br />provided to the existing Operator Work Station (OWS). Software is uploaded and configured. <br />Revisions are year 2000 compliant. <br />Total cost for the Indian River Courthouse controls upgrade and improvements to the <br />existing chiller plant controls Is $14,668.00 (Fourteen Thousand, Six Hundred sixty-eight <br />Dollars). <br />4. In completing this estimate I have used service rates agreed upon in the Indian River Sole <br />Source Agreement.
