All -PGI will be expended according to the PGI Quarterly ,:port atta.hed, pur=nt to :!11 of the provisions <br />contained in Section Hof Subgrant 98 -CJ -67-10 t0.O1-10 <br />3. Any additional PGI earned during the subgrant period from Subgrattt 93-C.1-67-10-40-01-103 <br />which is not included in the atacbed PGI Quarterly Report shall also 'cc. expended in acccr daiice with this <br />Agreement. Howevcr, said additional PGI may be separately allocated to the various budget categories by <br />submission and approval of the PGI Quarterly Report reflecting said additional PGI. <br />4. Any devia.l"an in expenditures from the PGI Quarterly Report attached, or as amended, must be approved in <br />writing by Che Department of Community Affairs (:;CA) prior to expenditures of:unds. <br />5. Upon approval by DCA to expend PGI, the subgrn ttee assures DCA that every effort will be made to expend <br />PGI funds in a reasonable period of time, but in any •tient, vr'thin two years of the last addition of PGI under <br />this Agreement, unless otherwise approved in writing by DCA. <br />6.
