DESCRIPTION OF PARTIES AND PROPERTY LEASED <br />hemical Services Company. of 1077 Dell Avenue Suite & City of Campbell. State of <br />Cal rnia, addressed as lessor in this agreement, leases to Indian River County, <br />Department of Utility Services, of 1840 25th Street City of Vero Beach, State of <br />Florida, addressed as lessee in this agreement, and lessee hires from lessor, the <br />following described personal property: CLORTEC MC-600hypochlorite generating <br />system as described in the attached proposal <br />2. TERM OF LEASE <br />The term of this lease shall be12 months, such term to commence on 5/12/1999_ <br />(date), and to terminate on 4 12 20 0_ (date), unless otherwise terminated as <br />provided in this lease. <br />3. RENT <br />In consideration for the leasing of the above-described property, lessee agrees to pay to <br />lessor as rent for such property the sum of _$ix Thousand_ Dollars ($ 6,000.0 ) per <br />month, the first payment of which rent is payable on or before 5/3 99_ (date), and <br />each subsequent payment of which is payable on or before the Last day of each <br />month thereafter, during the entire term of the lease. Such payments shall be made at <br />lessors address as set out in Section One of this lease. <br />4. MAINTENANCE REPAIR & REPLACEMENT <br />Lessee shall exercise due care in the use and maintenance of the leased property, <br />keeping it in good repair and in a condition equivalent in all respects to that in which it <br />was received by lessee, normal wear and tear excepted. The lessor will be responsible <br />for equipment repair and replacement during the term of the lease except in those <br />circumstances beyond control of the lessor <br />
