f <br />do <br />28. Within 30 days of permit issuance the permittee must <br />submit to the District a plan for monitoring possible lead <br />movement outside of the shotgun range fallout zone. The <br />plan must include baseline and quarterly sampling at two <br />points directly to the east and west of the fallout zone. <br />The plan must be approved in writing by the District and <br />baseline monitoring must occur before the range is opened to <br />public use. The permittee must provide the results of each <br />monitoring event to the District within 30 days of <br />monitoring. <br />29. Should monitoring reveal evidence of lead transport <br />outside of the fallout zone, the permittee must apply for a <br />permit modification with 90 days that would include <br />additional measures to prevent lead transport, including but <br />not limited to the placement of an impervious barrier in the <br />soil at the edges of the fallout zone. <br />
