GJ <br />E3 <br />PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE LEGAL REPRESENTATION <br />FOR INDIGENT PERSONS IN DEPENDENCY CASES <br />Submitted on January 4, 1999 <br />The law firms of Hammond and Smith, P.A. and Michael F. Berry, <br />P.A. hereby submit the following proposal for legal representa- <br />tion of indigent persons in dependency cases. <br />1. Berry, P.A. <br />2145 15th Avenue <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />Telephone (561)778-9506 <br />If this proposal is accepted by Indian River county, Katharine R. <br />Hammond of Hammond and Smith, P.A. shall administer the contract, <br />assign cases, receive payment from the county, and disburse fees <br />to participating attorneys. <br />2. In addition to Katharine R. Hammond, Bruce J. Smith and <br />Michael F.
