Sundowners Subdivision. A petition was received from the property owners on this road <br />and was signed by owners of thirteen of the fourteen properties in the benefited area. This <br />represents 93% of the property owners in the proposed benefited area who are in favor of <br />having this road improved. <br />On May 14, 1996, the Board of County Commissioners adopted another Resolution 96-60 <br />setting the date and time for a Public Hearing to discuss the advisability, cost and amount <br />of the assessment against each property owner. This hearing is scheduled for June 11, 1996. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners move to approve the assessment <br />roll, and confirming resolution with changes, if any, made after input at the June 11, 1996 <br />Public Hearing. Revised confirming resolution and assessment roll will be forwarded to <br />Chairman of the Board for signature. The Assessment Roll and assessment plat are <br />available for viewing in the Board of County Commissioner's office. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
