40 <br />Year 2000 Upgrade <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Programmer Option' <br />4IIvU my27,1999 <br />PRS is providing a special price on the purchase of EDACS 4 ProGraninter :Software <br />Product with the execution of an EDACS FX Agreement. PRS has addressed certain <br />DOS related date halidling issues through the EDACS 4 ProGrammer, which operates on <br />a Windows® based PC platform. Commercial PC hardware and operating software are <br />considered 'Excluded Products and are not considered Covered Products by PRS. The <br />EDACS 4 ProGrammer is currently able to program standard LPE, EMP/EMM, IPE, <br />MRKIORION, MDX. MOR, PCS, DPI;, Allegra, MPA (except 900), MTL (except 900), <br />FNID, & Alpha FMD Terminal Products.
