NOTICES <br />All notices required hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given upon being hand delivered or upon receipt <br />if mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Subscriber at the address set forth in Schedule A or if to Seller at <br />Mountain View Road, Lynchburg, VA, 24502, Attention: Soft4vare Services Group, or at such other address as either <br />party may designate to the other in writing. <br />16. GOVERNING LAW <br />The validity, performance and all matters relating to the interpretation and effect of this Agreement and any amendment <br />thereto shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
