y R9- <br />• TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />AND <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />ORIGINAL AGREEMENT DATE - MARCH 9, 1992 <br />The following items are to modify the Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement and will have full <br />force and effect as the Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement: <br />Replace Schedule "B" of the Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement, dated March 9, 1992, with <br />the revised Schedule "B" (copy attached). The modifications contained in the revised Schedule <br />"B" are as follows: <br />1) Add the following Closed Loop System signals: <br />a) S.R. 60/Beachland Boulevard at Indian River Drive East/Riverside Park Drive; <br />b) S.R. 60/Beachland Boulevard at Mockingbird Drive; <br />c) U.S. 1/S.R. 5 at Aviation Boulevard/32" Street. <br />2) Add the following signals (not currently on the Closed Loop System): <br />a) S.R. 656/17'h Street/East Causeway Boulevard at S.R. AIA; <br />b) S.R. 60/20' Street at 27th Avenue; <br />e) S.R. AIA at S.R. 60/Beachland Boulevard; <br />d) Beachland Boulevard at Ocean Drive. <br />3) Remove the signal at the intersection of 2151 Street and 6'h Avenue as it is not the <br />jurisdictional responsibility of the City. <br />All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement of March 9, 1992 remain unchanged, <br />with the exception of the following personnel changes in Schedule C: <br />a) Substitute "Christopher R.
