40 <br />40 <br />0 <br />ADDENDUM #1 <br />between <br />RECEIVED INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />APR 16 1999 (Sandridge Golf Club) <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD and <br />INTERNATIONAL GOLF MANAGEMENT, INC. <br />THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered on this 1-- day of <br />1999 by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida (County) and INTERNATIONAL GOLF MANAGEMENT, INC. (Firm) <br />and amends the agreement between County and Firm dated April 16, 1996 (a copy of <br />which is attached) for services to be furnished for Sandridge Golf Club. <br />In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, it is <br />mutually agreed by and between the County and Firm the Agreement is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />1. "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE CONTRACT & TERM" of the Agreement is <br />amended to have a terminating date of September 30, 2002. <br />2. The terms set forth in the Firm's letter to the County dated February 8, <br />1999, including the CPI increases and Management Objectives, are hereby adopted and <br />incorporated as amendments to said Agreement as Exhibit A. <br />3. The Firm agrees that there shall be no increase in the current contract price <br />through September 1999. <br />
