Ulicn this need for increased assistance in daily living <br />occurs, the Seniors lifestyle - of necessity - becomes much more limited. Those Seniors with <br />severely limited lifestyles can obviously dedicate a larger portion of their discrctionarylavailable <br />income for services. Under these conditions, a Senior in assisted living can actually exceed the 75% <br />to 80% of income criteria. <br />structs f the Assists <br />LivinE Monthly Senates Fee <br />The specific monthly service fees for the subject assisted living units may represent a <br />combination of a fee for "shelter," canpreg;ate services and a base level of assisted living; services. <br />There will also be incremental add-on costs for varying increasing levels of assistance indaily living. <br />These add-on, a la cartc charges Would be determined for each individual resident and revised as <br />their conditions change.
