OF SERVICES <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LANDFILL CONSTRUCTION <br />OVFR'FI,NIE ENGINEERING INSPECTION SERVICES <br />Task 100 - Overtime 1:ngineering Inspection Seances <br />Additional on-site engineering constructions inspection service, were performied during <br />overtime hours for the completion of the Indian River I.andtil'I Infill Construction project <br />These tasks were required and included inspection of repairs made to the clay and the <br />synthetic liner, a, well as weekend on-site inpwions cauwd by the Contractor scheduling <br />work on the weekends <br />The construction contract required the Contractor to ply for all overtime required orthe <br />lingincer to perform inspection services This provision rs stipulated in Article b, Section 1 ? <br />CONTRACTOR shall reimburse the OWNER for addrlwonal engineering and/or <br />inspection costs incurred as a resnh orovtnimc weak in excel+ of the regular working <br />hours stipulated in Article SC -6 3 1 At OWNER'% option, overtime costs may either <br />be deducted from the CONTRAC rOR's monthly payment request or deducted from <br />the CONTRACTOR's retention prior to release or final payment tvertime costs ror <br />the OWNER`s personnel shall be based on the individual's current overtime wage rate <br />Overtime costs for personnel employed by the ENGINEER or OWNER', independent <br />testing laboratory shall be calculated in accordance with the IerrnS oft heir respective <br />contracts with the OWN FR <br />The Contractor, Waste Management Inc of Florida, has reviewed these charges and has <br />acknowledged they are consistent with the contract requirements. The close out change <br />order for this project, which has been approved by the Board of County Commissioners, <br />included the provision that these charges be deducted from the Contractor's final payment <br />Additional inspection services for "cask 100 were incurred by CDM as a requirement for the <br />completion of the Indian River Landfill Infill Construction project.
