A. PARK, PREMISES & EVENT SCHEDULE: <br />1. This Indian River County iG Center License Agreement ("License Agreement') applies to all <br />events for the use of the iG Center. The areas, personnel and facilities of the iG Center which <br />Applicant may apply for a permit, license, or use hereunder are more particularly described as <br />I. Facilities & I1. Amenities (Reference Exhibit A & Exhibit B) <br />Room 131 A $ 41.25 x 21 = $ 866.25 (3 hours per day) <br />Storage Closet 131A $ - x = $ - <br />Bulk Rental Agreement Subtracted from <br />FACILITY 25% discount = $216.56 Total Cost <br />SET-UP/BREAK DOWN FEE <br />Event Cleaning Fee (During Event) <br />iG Event/Rental Usage $ 50.00 x = $ <br />Gymansium Restrooms $ 100.00 x = $ - <br />West Wing Restrooms $ 100.00 x = $ - <br />East Wing Restrooms $ 100.00 x = $ - <br />Post Event Fee <br />Guests less than 75 $ 75.00 x 7 = $ 525.00 <br />Guests between 75 to 150 $ 100.00 x = $ - <br />Guests greater than 150 $ 200.00 x = $ - <br />Post Event Cleaning Fee does not include decorations. Applicant is responsible for items brought in to decorate <br />roondarea to include any 3rd party vendor items (e.g. lighting, sound, tents, etc), plates, cutlery, drinks, linens, <br />slipcovers, balloons, etc. Tables must be cleared prior to Applicant departure. <br />Any 3rdparty items left by Applicant's subcontracts or 3rdparty vendorspast the indicated loadout time indicated <br />in the License Agreement are subject to additional fees. <br />iG License gre e <br />Initials <br />Page 2 of 21 <br />
