Prgiect Manager and Key Pusoiiiicl: <br />John "800" MCCu€fey would be in charge overall of Ilse operation, second in <br />command would be his brotlier, Capt, Paul W. McCulley. <br />Capt. Michael Knox would be lead Captain of the tug, with Capt. Jack Revell <br />serving as mate. <br />Costin Lawson is our Asbestos Abatement Specialist and ensures that all vessels <br />comply with all Florida DEP and Federal EI'A regulations before sinking or deployment. <br />Tom L. Stanley is our Chief Engineer and responsible for all machinery. <br />All of these men have a fan% history with MCCullcy Marine Services Inc. and past <br />experience with Artificial Reef Construction. <br />Evidence of Satisfactory Completion of Similar Projects: <br />Our resume speaks for itself, and is attached. We have placed oil the bottom, <br />upright, Five barges, one with 1,000 trans of concrete inside, Iwo 100 root tugboats, and <br />other small vessels since opening our company. Before that John McCulley supervised <br />numerous ship sinkings For Seven Seas and acted as consultant For Irrlernational 'Vowing <br />on the Hummingbird Reef Project, <br />Relevant Experience: <br />All of the above vessels were, of course, inspected by the U.S. Coast Guard, and <br />were passed. In addition to this, the two tugboats were placed in the Balranras only marine <br />Sanctuary and were required to be inspected by both US Coast Guard befiorc leaving this <br />country and by Bahamian authorities betbre placement. <br />All of the 45,000 tons of concrele bridge material placed by McCulley Marine has <br />been U S Coast Guard inspected to be sure that the material is free of Asphalt, pollutants <br />and exposed rebar. <br />McCulley Marine has a long history of working; with the Seventh District of the <br />U S Coast Guard in both Jacksonville and Miami Marine SaFety offices. <br />
