This document was prepared by <br />and should be return^d to <br />the colll:iy Aluorney's Office, <br />1840 251h St., Vero Beach, <br />Florida _ 32960 <br />TERMINATION OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br />Release given by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 to SAINT EDWARD'S SCHOOL, INCORPORATED, <br />a Florida non-profit corporation, whose mailing address is 1895 Saint <br />Edwards Drive, Vero Beach, Florida 32963, their successors and assigns. <br />On August 7, 1991, SAINT EDWARD'S SCHOOL, INCORPORATED <br />granted to Indian River County a conservation easement. Said easement being <br />recorded in O.R. Book 0912, Page 2578, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />In consideration of the substitution of a new conservation easement and <br />the payment of ten dollars ($10.00), receipt of which is acknowledged, Indian <br />River County through its Board of County Commissioners hereby releases to <br />SAINT EDWARD'S SCHOOL, INCORPORATED, their successors and assigns <br />the conservation easement recorded at O.R.
