Group <br />Rangeline Is The Lifeline For Your Pipeline <br />• Canceling a scheduled project after the technician(s) have left the shop will result in a Cancellation Fee, <br />please refer to Terms and Conditions #13 (Page 4). This includes weather related cancellations. <br />• Rangeline will allow each Line Stop to be left in place for (2) dav(s) or less. Each additional day will be <br />charged as noted above including weekends. Limited to no more than 14 days from original quoted scope. <br />Any days needed past the 14th additional day will require an approved changed notice before proceeding <br />or equipment will have to be removed on the 14th day. The Change Order must be received by Rangeline <br />prior to the 14u' day. <br />• Stand-by charges will be billed at $150.00 per hour / per technician during normal daytime hours and <br />$250.00 per hour / per technician during afterhours. <br />• Stand-by charges for equipment on the truck from portal-to-portal at $1,500.00/per day. <br />• Pricing includes a standard 15 -minute pressure test of all tapping sleeves and line stop fittings. If the <br />pressure test is required to be longer than 15 minutes, additional charges will be billed at $150.00 per <br />hour. When customer installs material and it does not pass the standard 15 -minute pressure test, all <br />Rangeline labor will be billed at $150.00/hr. <br />• I have read and understand the conditions on which these prices are based upon. (Initials) <br />This is a 4 -page proposal. Please read it in its entirety, then sign and return page 4 prior to scheduling work. <br />Please see the attached pine for the customer's resronsibilitv. <br />Additional charges may be added for ID badges, security check-in or job postponements due to site events. <br />Above costs do not include office expense for extensive contract agreements. <br />Sub -Contract agreements (when required) must be received by Rangeline Tapping Services, Inc. prior to starting <br />work. Rangeline will not be responsible for meeting any requirements stated in a Sub -Contract agreement after <br />the proposed work has begun. <br />Certificates of insurance with contractor as a certificate holder can be provided at no cost. Adding contractor as <br />additional insured cannot be done unless we have a written contract with your company.
