06/20/2023 Item 10.A.2. <br />RM -6 Zoning <br />• RM -6 district (Residential Multi -Family, up to 6 units <br />per acre) is intended to provide areas for the <br />development of multi -family residential units and to <br />meet the needs of residents, as well as provide a <br />varied and diverse housing supply. <br />M-1 Future Land Use Designation <br />The Medium Density Residential designations are M-1 (up to 8 units/acre) and <br />M-2 (up to 10 units/acre). <br />Located in areas with services and infrastructure, these designations allow the <br />highest residential densities in the county. <br />Located along major transportation routes, near shopping, employment, and <br />service centers. <br />These land use designations do not preclude the development of single-family <br />residences. <br />43t" 3 <br />
