(C) In the event that different representatives are designated by either party <br />after execution of this Contract, notice of the name and address of the <br />new representative will be rendered in writing to the party and said <br />notification attached to the original of this Contract. <br />lull. T -et nand Conditions <br />This Contract contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the <br />parties. <br />IX. Qigib ti#y <br />CRA certifies that it is eligible to receive state and federally funded contracts. <br />CRA also certifies that no party which is ineligible for such work will be <br />subcontracted to perform services under this Contract. <br />X. nflict of Interest <br />No member of or Delegate to the Congress of the United States, or Resident <br />Commissioner, and no elected state official or state employee shall share in <br />any proceeds of this Contract, or in any benefit to arise from same. <br />No officer or employee of the local jurisdiction or its designers or agents, no <br />member of the governing body, and no other official of the locality who <br />exercises any function or responsibility with respect to this Contract, during <br />his/her tenure or for one year thereafter, <br />shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in any contract or subcontract, or the <br />proceeds thereof, for work to be performed. Further, the contractor shall <br />cause to be incorporated in all subcontracts the language set forth in this <br />paragraph prohibiting conflict of interest. <br />XI. Eederal Statutory Requimments <br />When applicable, CRA and the County shall comply with the provisions <br />contained in Attachment C and Attachment D incorporated herein. <br />Page 4 <br />
