PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5.A. 23-0560 Presentation of Proclamation Designating the Month of July, 2023, as Parks and <br />Recreation Month and Designating July 21, 2023, as Parks and Recreation <br />Professionals' Day <br />Recommended Action: Read and Present <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />During the presentation of the Proclamation by Vice Chairman Adams, the Parks and <br />Recreation Department played a video highlighting the many parks and recreational <br />venues in Indian River County. <br />Parks and Recreations Director Beth Powell thanked the Board for their vision, hard <br />work, and dedication to providing the highest quality service that spreads into the <br />community.
